For nearly 30 years we have loved this home and location and firmly believe you will too. We've enhanced the Great Room with granite and new cabinetry in the Kitchen to complement the laminate wood flooring that has a wonderful gas fireplace as the focal point. A sliding glass door gets you out back to the extensive concrete patio that allows for plenty of guests -- and for those quiet evenings a small, covered area to reflect on the day you had and the days to come. For sure, it is a different floor plan, with a bonus room on the far side of the garage - our Playroom and Office. Both bathrooms have brought in a lot of tile and quartz and we really enjoyed all the glass incorporated in the Primary Shower. The schools are hard to beat.
